9 sumo deadlift high pulls 105/155lbs

150m run

(Switch every round)

**at the top of every 5 minutes complete 2 minute collective handstand hold**

(Switch as much as needed on hold)

(1 person works; 1 person rests)

(Person working the round must pick up where they left off after the completion of hold)
