Monday-Friday:

5:00am-6:00am: Coach Z

6:00am-7:00am: Coach Z

12:00pm-1:00pm: Coach Jen

5:00pm-6:00pm: Coach Lindsay 

6:00pm-7:00pm: Coach Liz 

 

Saturday:

9:00am-10:00am (Olympic Weightlifting): Coach Z

10:00am-11:00am (Regular Group Session): Coach Z
