2nd minute: 10 goblet squats

3rd minute: 15 goblet squats

4th minute: 20 goblet squats

5th minute: 25 goblet squats


C. (For Strength/ Technique)

8 x (1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 3 front squats)


D. (As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes)
