40 burpee over dbell (split any way)

Max for remaining: synchronized alternating dbell snatches


(Rest 3 minutes after each round)


AMRAP 1: 40/55lb

AMRAP 2: 55/75lb

AMRAP 3: 60/85lb

AMRAP 4: 65/95lb



C. (As many reps as possible in 8 minutes)

Max handstand walk or handstand shoulder taps (switch as much as needed)
