15 Bulgarian split squats each side 50/35lb

10 dbell alternating snatches 70/50lb
5 single arm dbell push up each side
C. (5 rounds)
2:00 on: 10 single arm devil press 100/70lb
For remainder: max bar muscle ups
2:00 off: rest
(Decrease -2 on devil press each round)
