Minute 5: 18 sumo deadlift (dbell each hand)
B. (Every minute for 7:00)
5 dbell sumo deadlifts
(Pick load for strength; no heavy weights = 10 sumo deadlifts)

Every 2:00:
10 dbell hang snatches each side
(Pick load for strength)
