Minute 2: 9 hang muscle snatch 45/35lb

Minute 3: 12 behind neck push press

Minute 4: 15 overhead squat

Minute 5: 18 snatch deadlift



B. (Every minute for 7:00)

1 snatch deadlift + 1 below knee snatch pull



C. (16:00 clock)

Every 2:00:

1 snatch pull + 3 above knee hang snatches

(Pick load for strength)



D. “Partner”

(As many rounds as possible in 9:00)
