10 hanging knee raises
(Partner 2 holds a bumper plate 45/35lb, partner 3 completes a 200m jog, partner 4 completes 5 wall walks; team rotates in order until each person completes the round)
B. “Sync or Sink”
(Teams of 4)

10 synchronized power cleans 185/125lb
20 synchronized toes to bar
30 cal row with sandbag bearhug hold 150/100lb
3 rounds:
10 synchronized power cleans
20 synchronized toes to bar
30 cal bike with handstand hold

30 cal ski with deadlift hold
