100’ dbell walking lunge 70/50lb
10 dbell single arm bent over row each side
C. (16:00 clock)
Every 2:00:
3 hang power snatch
(Build by feel; pick load for strength)
D. (Every minute for 5:00)
6 single arm devil press 100/70lb
