25 dbell single leg single arm bent over row each side
50’ walking lunge
25 v-ups
50 second box dip hold
B. (9:00 clock)
Minute 1: 5 dbell deadlifts with 5 second negative
Minute 2: 10 sprawls
Minute 3: rest
C. (15:00 clock)
Every 3:00:
10 dbell deadlifts
1:00 single leg plank
D. (10:00 clock)
Every 2:00:
5 strict push ups (no knees)
For remainder: max mat sit ups
(Increase +5 push ups each round)
