50’ butt kick grab
15 med ball front squats 20/14lb
150’ bear crawl
(1 partner completes movement; 1 partner holds a wall sit; switch after each movement)
B. (3 rounds)
8 tall med ball squat cleans 20/14lb
16 med ball overhead sit ups
32 med ball Russian twists
C. (20:00 clock)
Every 2:00:
1 clean pull + 1 below knee hang power clean + 1 above knee hang squat clean
D. (3 rounds for time)
6 hang power cleans 185/125lb
12 burpees
(1st round: burpees, 2nd round: burpees over bar; 3rd round: burpee box jump 24/20”)
