Tomorrow we will be having “Open Gym” for the group session hours!
Use this opportunity to do work on weaknesses, practice skill work, or complete a workout you missed earlier in the week!
Members competing in TUF Games this Saturday will use the hour to practice with their team and/or work final touches on the workouts/ movements before competition!
