30 dbell hop overs
20 air squats
10 single leg glute bridge with pause each side
-then-
1:00 max: bicycle crunches
1:00 box dip hold
1:00 max dbell bicep curls
B. (As many rounds as possible in 20:00)
20 front rack reverse lunges
15 burpee over & back
10 hang squat cleans
C. (Every minute for 10:00)
5 dbell bicep curls
10 box dips
D. Static stretches
