4 rounds:
10 air squats
20 curtsy lunges
30 second contralateral plank
B. (For strength/ Technique)
Dbell Squat
10-10-6-6-2-2
(Dbell each hand; pick load for strength)
C. (As many rounds as possible in 10:00)
2 rounds:
10 dbell swings
Rest 20 seconds
2 rounds:
15 dbell swings
Rest 20 seconds
(Continue to increase +5 swings after every 2 rounds until 10:00)
D. Static stretches
