B. (Every minute for 5 minutes)

5 light dbell squat cleans (1 dbell)

5 light dbell front squats (dbell each hand)



C. (20 minute clock)

Every 2 minutes:

3 dbell deadlifts + 3 dbell cleans + 3 dbell hang squat cleans

(Build by feel; pick load for strength)



D. (As many reps as possible for 7 minutes)

30 hang power cleans

For remainder: max hop overs
