10 hollow rocks

12 jumping lunges



C. (30:00 clock)

Every 3:00:

30 second max: Dbell push press

6 tall burpee box jumps or burpee step up

12 v-ups

(If no access to box over 24”; complete 2 step ups after each burpee)
