25 dbell power cleans
25 dbell shoulder press
20 dbell power cleans

For the remainder of time:
As many rounds as possible of:
5 dbell power cleans (heavy weights)
5 dbell push press (heavy weights)
(If no access to heavy weights; add an additional 30 second elevated plank hold each minute while completing the rounds of cleans and push press until the remainder of time)
