14 renegade rows
7 dbell push ups each side
C. (Every minute for 25:00)
Minute 1: 10 box dips with 3 second negative
Minute 2: 20 air squats
Minute 3: 30 reverse lunges (1 light dbell)
Minute 4: 40 second max: hop over
Minute 5: Max reps: sit ups
