30 hop overs

4 dbell snatches (dbell each hand)

5 reverse sit ups


(5 rounds)

40 hop overs

5 dbell snatches (dbell each hand)

6 reverse sit ups


(Continue to increase +10 hop overs, +1 dbell snatch, & +1 reverse sit up after every 5 rounds)
