4 box jump step down each 24/20”  (partner 1 & 2)

3 synchronized bar muscle up (partner 1 & 2)


1 clean each person

5 box jump step down each 24/20”  (partner 3 & 4)

3 synchronized bar muscle up (partner 3 & 4)


(Continue to increase +1 each on box jumps every round until 35:00; pairs alternate rounds)
