20 light dbell overhead squat each side
30 second dbell squat hold
-then-
2 rounds:
10 dbell swings
5 burpees
B. (5:00 cap)
2 sets:
10 dbell sumo deadlift high pulls
C. (16:00 clock)
Every 2:00:
10 dbell hang power snatch each side
D. (10:00 clock)
Minute 1: 5 double dbell snatches + 5 burpee over dbells & back
Minute 2: 100 mountain climbers
E. Static stretches
