(Teams of 4)


(As many rounds as possible in 20:00)

12 synchronized dbell hang snatches 70/50lb (any 2)

6 deadlifts 315/225lb (split any way)

2 synchronized burpee over bar (partner 1 & 2 start first round)

(Increase +2 burpees every round; pairs switch every round on burpees)


-then immediately-


(5 rounds each person)

100m run

  • deadlift hold (any person)

(If partner drops before completion of the run = 10 team burpees)
