20 wrist rockers each side
20 ankle rockers each side
20 box push ups
20 tall med ball squat cleans 24/20lb
20 ring rows
200m jog
B. “Partner”
(For time)
Each person completes:
25 pull ups
15 front squats 155/105lb
10 burpee over bar
25 toes to bar
15 power cleans
10 burpee over bar
25 box jump overs 24/20”
15 hang squat cleans
10 burpee over bar
(Partner 1 starts first section then partner 2 completes first section; switch after each section is completed until both partners complete each section)
