10 dbell overhead squats
5 caterpillars
3 rounds:
30 box pistols
15 pike push ups
5 push ups + 5 second negative
B. (For strength/ Technique)
Dbell push press
10-10-6-6-2-2
(Dbell each hand; pick load for strength)
C. (3 rounds)
1:00 on: Dbell push press (from floor)
2:00 off: rest
(1st round: light weights, 2nd round moderate weights, 3rd round: heavy weights)
D. Static stretches
