15 assisted close stance air squats

15 air squats

20 second saddle with tricep each side

20 sec max: Dbell push press (elbows out)



B. (9:00 cap)

3 rounds:

6 light dbell front squats

12 box dips + 3 second negative



C. (5:00 EMOM)

6 dbell front squats (dbell each hand + 3 second negative)



D. (8 rounds for time)

6 dbell shoulder press (dbell each hand)

4 farmer carry shuttles (50’)
