10 light dbell snatches (dbell each hand)

Every 1:30:
6 sumo deadlifts + 3 second negative
(Pick load for strength)

As many reps as possible of:
16 dbell snatches (-2 each set)
48 hop overs
For remainder: max burpee over dbell
