(As many rounds as possible in 8:00)
8 synchronized unbroken clean & jerks 165/115lb
200m run
Part 2:
(As many rounds as possible in 8:00)
8 synchronized unbroken hang power cleans
200m run
Part 3:
(As many rounds as possible in 8:00)
8 synchronized unbroken push jerks
200m run
Barbell movements/ sets must be unbroken or team completes 8 synchronized burpees every failed set
Rest 1:00 after each workout
