3 rounds: 1 tall med ball squat clean + 1 med ball front squat 20/14lb



C. (20 minute clock)

Every 2 minutes:

1 deadlift + 1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean

(Build by feel; pick load for strength)

30 wall balls 20/14lb

30 line facing burpees

30 med ball box step up over 24/20”

30 wall balls
