10 dbell hammer curl & press 25/15 each side
1:00 ring dip hold
B. (5 sets)
Max till failure: strict ring dips
Rest as needed
C. (4 rounds)
As many rounds as possible in 3:00:
4 shuttle runs (50’)
14 dbell alternating hang snatches 70/50lb
Rest 2:00 after each 3:00 AMRAP
(Decrease -2 dbell snatches each new clock; pick up where you left off)
