Odd minutes: 15 box pistols each side

(1st round: 50/35lb, 2nd round: 60/40lb, 3rd round: 70/50lb)

4:00 clock:

30 box jump step down or step ups

20 dbell hang snatches

For remainder: shuttle runs (50’)


(Rest 2:00 after each round)

150 reverse sit ups
