5 power cleans (dbell each hand)
60 seal jacks
2:00-4:00:
5 dbell hang power power cleans (dbell each hand)
For remainder: elevated plank hold
4:00-6:00:
40 second max: bicycle crunches
C. (24:00 clock)
Minute 1: 5 power clean + 5 hang power clean
Minute 2: 60 hop overs
Minute 3: 12 sprawls
Minute 4: rest
