Partner 3 completes:

45 second sandbag bear hug hold

Partner 4 completes:

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

16 dbell hang snatches 50/35lb

10 cal ski


Partners 1 & 3 complete workout while Partners 2 & 4 complete a 4:00 collective handstand hold.


Pairs will switch once their partner completes their designated workout.
