25 split squats each side
50 elevated plank taps
25 single leg deadlift each leg
25 box pistols each leg
B. (8:00 clock)
100 reps of choice:
Jumping lunges
Jump squats
Deadlift jumps
C. (As many rounds as possible in 10:00)
40 dbell hang snatches
300m run
D. (As many rounds as possible in 10:00)
40 hop overs
200m run
(Increase +20 hop overs each round)
