B. (5:00 cap)
2 rounds:
5 hang snatches each side + 5 snatches each side (light weights)
25 calf raises
C. (12:00 clock)
Every 2:00:
10/10 dbell hang power snatches
(Pick load for strength)
D. (10:00 EMOM)
Minute 1: 10 dbell snatches (dbell each hand)
For remainder of minute: burpee over dbells
Minute 2: 20 v-ups
