Partner 1, 2, 3 each completes:

6 sandbag cleans 100/70lb
8 pull ups
10 box jump step down 24/20”
(Team can work at the same time)
While partner 4 completes:
500m row
Team continues to rotate after every 2 rounds until person completes a 500m row
