Person 3: rest

(Med ball cannot touch ground during the 6 minutes)

Max Front squats 95/135lb (split any way)

Max Burpee over bar (split any way)


(As many rounds/reps as possible in 6 minutes)

Max Thrusters 95/135lb (split any way)

5 chest to bar pull ups (team rotates after every 5 repetitions)
