20 single leg glute bridge each side
1:00 downward dog
15 single leg deadlift each side (light)
1:00 pigeon each side
10 light dbell fly
B. (6:00 clock)
Every 2:00:
6 dbell curls
6 dbell single arm bent over row with negative each side
First round: 1-2 second negative
Second round: 2-3 second negative
Third round: 3-4 second negative
C. (5:00 clock)
Every minute:
3 deadlifts + 4 second negative
(Pick load for strength)
D. (As many rounds as possible in 15:00)
21 dbell deadlifts (dbell each hand)
18 dbell bent over rows (dbell each hand)
15 burpee over & back
E. Static stretches
